Semi-skilled and unskilled foreign labour require a Visit Pass (Temporary Employment) to legally work in Malaysia.
Companies in certain business sectors are allowed to employ semi-skilled and unskilled workers from the 15 source countries. These workers will be eligible for a Visit Pass (Temporary Employment) which is valid for a period of 12 months and can be extended up to a maximum of 10 years.
